Car Dogs Group
Privacy Policy
Policy version: October 2, 2026.
Who we are
cardogs.group (“the site”) is operated by MADITECH LLC (“MADITECH”, “we”, “us”), a private company. The site was built by Lucky Ranasinghe. Questions or requests about your information: [email protected].
Information you give us
The request form on the home page asks for your name, email address, the kind of car you want, make/model or features, budget range, trade-in details (year, make, model, mileage, payoff status), timing and a free-text note. The payment estimator’s numbers stay in your browser unless you choose to copy them into the request. Please do not enter sensitive information (for example health, financial account or government ID details) in any field on this site. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you write, and we use them to reply to you.
Where your information goes
When you send the form, the page sends your name, email address and a message made from your answers, plus the name of this website, to MADITECH’s contact service (https://otdmiyepdyrclyhoingi.supabase.co/functions/v1/joey-contact). That service stores them in MADITECH’s database, which is hosted by Supabase, and sends Lucky Ranasinghe alerts so he can reply: an email containing them, delivered through Resend to his inboxes hosted by Google, and a short text-message alert with the start of the message, delivered through Twilio or through a mobile carrier’s email-to-text service. We use it to read and answer your request. These service providers process the information for us to deliver those functions: Cloudflare (network delivery), Google (email inboxes), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database hosting), Twilio (text-message alerts), mobile carriers (text-message alerts). Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation. You can ask us to delete them at any time. We will delete them from our database and inboxes and ask our service providers to delete their copies, except where we must keep a record to meet a legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligation.
Information collected automatically
When your browser requests a page, the request reaches our hosting provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like every web server, it receives your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the address of the page requested, and uses them to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. Apart from a cookieless page-view counter that our hosting provider adds to every page (Cloudflare Web Analytics, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, which receives your IP address and browser information), the site’s pages load no third-party scripts, fonts, embeds, advertising or tracking pixels; fonts and the 3D viewer are served from this site.
Cookies and browser storage
The site’s own code sets no cookies. It saves one flag, wgWelcomeSeen, in your browser’s session storage so the welcome animation plays once per visit; it holds no identifier and is cleared when you close the tab. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie of its own when it needs to check for automated traffic.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for advertising at all. We do not send text messages to visitors from this site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Some US states, including California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, give residents rights like these by law, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We give the rights above to everyone. We do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will confirm the request comes from you, usually by replying to the email address involved, and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within that period and respond within 45 more days. You may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; if we still decline, you can contact your state attorney general.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
MADITECH LLC is based in the United States. Information you send is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting different information, this page changes with it. When the wording of the policy changes, the policy version date at the top changes too.
